I gave her my heart, she ate it, and now she’s after my trainers…
Ah, affairs of the heart – they’ve always left me bewildered and confused. But rarely do my dates turn out this badly.
I had to get a pair of pink Cons especially to mark Valentine’s Day, but – you may not believe this – I didn’t actually own a pair. So these are actually a couple of quid off eBay. Not bad, eh? The effort I go to for this charity challenge. It’s not all thrown together at the last minute. Well, not always.
And you know what? I actually like these pink Cons when they’re on. Not a bad purchase at all.
Day didn’t start well. I ripped a £5 note in half in front of the bus driver, and then he refused to let me get on. Some sellotape and another bus later I finally got into work, but I’m now regretting confidently Tweeting last night that Comic Review was bound to go on time today…
In other words… time to stop chatting and get on with some work
Have a loved up day.
